I always tell couples to book 8-12 months ahead for Milan weddings, particularly during the magical months from May through September. Having photographed weddings here for over a decade, I’ve learned that Milan’s peak season brings out the city’s most romantic side—when the gardens are bursting with color and the golden hour light feels almost cinematic. My calendar tends to fill up quickly during these months, so earlier booking gives us the best chance to work together.
